Sir John Fowell, 3rd Baronet : ウィキペディア英語版 | Sir John Fowell, 3rd Baronet Sir John Fowell, 3rd Baronet (12 December 1665 – 26 November 1692) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1689 to 1692. Fowell was the son of Sir John Fowell, 2nd Baronet and his wife Elizabeth Chichester, daughter of Sir John Chichester of Raleigh Devon. He inherited the baronetcy on the death of his father in 1677.〔(John Burke, John Bernard Burke ''A genealogical and heraldic history of the extinct and dormant baronetcies'' )〕 In 1689, Fowell was elected Member of Parliament for Totnes and sat until his death in 1692. He was one of the 151 MPs who voted against making the Prince of Orange king, but for declaring Princess Mary queen.〔 Fowell died unmarried at the age of 26 and the baronetcy became extinct.〔 ==References==
